RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation request must reach ModdedEV within 24 hours after the order is placed. Email Support@moddedev.com with your full name, order number, checkout email, and a clear request to cancel. Approved cancellations made within this period receive a full refund with no cancellation or restocking fee.

Changes are not guaranteed because some orders enter production or fulfillment quickly. After 24 hours, the order is final except as expressly stated below or required by law.

2. WRONG, DAMAGED, OR MATERIALLY DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Contact us within seven calendar days after delivery if the item is different from the item on your confirmation, arrives damaged, or has a material manufacturing defect. Keep the item, packaging, shipping label, hardware, and included components. Do not install, drill, cut, paint, wrap, glue, modify, discard, or attempt a repair unless we instruct you to do so.

Include the order number; photos or video of the issue; photos of the packaging and shipping label; and any identifying labels or included components. Damage from improper installation, misuse, collision, neglect, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or minor normal material and finish variation is not a manufacturing defect.

3. CUSTOMER SELECTION AND FITMENT

Returns or refunds are not offered because a customer selected the wrong product, model year, trim, fitment, color, finish, size, quantity, or variation, or simply changed their mind. Review all product and fitment information before ordering and contact us before purchase when unsure.

4. CUSTOM AND SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom-made, personalized, specially manufactured, and customer-requested products—including every Custom Wheel Studio steering wheel—become final after the 24-hour cancellation period or once production begins, whichever occurs first. They remain eligible for review if delivered damaged, materially defective, or materially different from customer-approved specifications.

Before checkout, the Custom Wheel Studio displays the selected Tesla model and year, wheel shape, side material and color, wheel finish, stitching, top stripe, airbag-cover and module choices, trim and button choices, heating choice, and total price. The customer must confirm the displayed model and year. Once production begins, approved specifications cannot be changed and cosmetic preferences or customer selection errors are not returnable.

5. LOST OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED SHIPMENTS

We may investigate with the carrier, warehouse, or fulfillment partner before approving a resolution. A replacement or refund may be considered when a shipment is confirmed lost or remains undelivered more than 30 calendar days beyond the latest delivery estimate disclosed for the product.

Delays caused by an incorrect address, missed or refused delivery, failure to collect a package, unpaid duties, missing customs information, or a carrier record showing successful delivery may not qualify.

6. AUTHORIZATION, RETURN SHIPPING, AND RESOLUTION

Do not mail a product to our mailing address or any other address without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. When ModdedEV approves a wrong-item, damage, or defect claim, we will generally provide the correct item, replacement item, replacement component, or another reasonable correction first. If a suitable correction is unavailable, we may approve a refund for the affected item.

If an approved claim requires the original item back, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label. A customer is responsible for costs arising from a customer-caused delivery failure to the extent permitted by law.

7. REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for ModdedEV to process an approved refund after any required return or evidence is received. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Eligible original shipping charges are refunded only when the entire order qualifies under this policy.

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND SUPPORT

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. This policy is displayed before purchase and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
