ModdedEV accepts major credit and debit cards, along with any additional payment options displayed during checkout. All transactions are processed through a secure payment system.
Installment or monthly payment options may be available through supported payment providers. If your order qualifies, the available options will appear during checkout.
Cancellation requests must reach ModdedEV within 24 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations receive a full refund, provided production, customization, or fulfillment has not already begun. Contact us immediately for order changes; changes are not guaranteed.
Always review the vehicle model, production year, product description, fitment notes, and photos before ordering. Some products may vary based on vehicle configuration or production date. Contact ModdedEV before ordering if you are unsure.
ModdedEV selects aftermarket accessories for Tesla vehicles and works with overseas manufacturing and fulfillment partners to produce and ship products.
Delivery times vary by product. Check each product page and your cart for the assigned 5–10, 7–15, 15–30, or 30–45 business-day estimate. This is the estimated total time from order placement to delivery, including processing, production when needed, and transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. These stages are already included and are not added again. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Free shipping on orders $100 USD or more. Shipping is $29.99 USD for orders under $100. Eligibility is based on your order total after discounts and before tax. Available for delivery to the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
Yes. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving the notification
Products may ship separately when they are supplied by different production facilities or become available at different times. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the reason for the return. Please review our complete Return and Refund Policy and contact ModdedEV before sending anything back. Products should remain unused and uninstalled while a return request is being reviewed.
Installation difficulty varies by product. Some accessories use adhesive or factory mounting points and may be suitable for experienced DIY installation. More complex exterior, electrical and carbon-fiber components should be installed professionally.

Some products install directly over or replace factory components, while others may require drilling, trimming, wiring or minor fitment adjustments. Review the product description carefully and consult a professional installer when necessary.
Adhesive-mounted products can remain secure when the surface is properly cleaned, prepared and installed under suitable conditions. Allow the adhesive adequate time to bond before driving, washing the vehicle or exposing it to harsh weather.
