This is the estimated total time from order placement to delivery, including processing, production when needed, and transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. These stages are already included and are not added again. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Standard shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$100 or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below US$100 after discounts have a US$29.99 standard shipping charge.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact Support@moddedev.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Keep the product, packaging, labels, hardware, and included components. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address?
Contact ModdedEV immediately. Orders may be canceled for a full refund when the request is received within 24 hours of purchase, provided production, customization, or fulfillment has not already begun. Address or order changes are not guaranteed after processing, production, fulfillment, or shipping has started.
Does ModdedEV provide installation or fitment support?
ModdedEV can help with general product, fitment, and installation questions. Send your vehicle details, product name, and clear photos when applicable. Professional installation is recommended whenever the product listing or installation requirements call for it.
