Standard shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$100 or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below US$100 after discounts have a US$29.99 standard shipping charge.

Contact Support@moddedev.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Keep the product, packaging, labels, hardware, and included components. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address?

Orders may be canceled for a full refund when the request is received within 24 hours of purchase, provided production, customization, or fulfillment has not already begun. Address or order changes are not guaranteed after processing, production, fulfillment, or shipping has started.
